About
Debra graduated from James Cook University with an Environmental Science & Business Degree. She kick-started her career working in both the environmental and animal care fields. Her experience spans a diverse range across both non-profit and government sectors, including organisations such as ACRES and the National Parks Board in Singapore. Being passionate about conservation for the longest time, she has volunteered at the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre in Malaysia, and currently engages with the public through Young Nautilus in her spare time. Her current role in Mastermark involves coming up with solutions to reduce wildlife hazards in the aerodrome vicinity, striving to achieve a win-win situation for aircraft safety and wildlife welfare. Outside of work, Debra enjoys the great outdoors, documenting wildlife through photography and going underwater where she is an avid scuba diver.
